A great discovery. Amazing for remote work. I stayed here a month. The condos are beautiful, clean and very modern (recently built I believe). My favorite features also include the amazing rooftop amenities including a pool and a private balcony. Great strong wifi. I could teach all my online classes without any problem. Management and night security are incredibly nice and helpful. I had never been in the Zazil-Ha neighborhood but it’s a beautiful quiet neighborhoods. Was close to restaurants and grocery stores. And only two blocks away from the Quinta but far away from the typical tourist chaos that is the Centro. Perfect location. To keep in mind: I stayed in 5 different airbnbs in Playa del Carmen over the span of 6 months. This was my favourite in terms of the living space, the amenities, the neighborhood/location, the and staff. A genuine 5 stars.

Absolutely loved this place. Maria and the whole team were lovely from the start. Would absolutely stay here again. I stayed here for 2 months with my greyhound and it felt just like home ❤️

I stayed here for a month and it was the best! I loved the bright space and minimalist decor! Spacious rooms, nice balcony setup, awesome rooftop with pool, fast wifi, everything was great and I was very comfortable. There was also weekly cleaning included and the cleaning lady left everything immaculate! Arantxa was quick to respond to messages, Santiago was always around during the day to help, and Jose also super helpful when I needed anything. Not to mention, everyone was so nice and friendly. I cannot recommend Levitat enough!
